Privacy policy
This policy covers Side Quest Nexus LLC ("we", "us"): this website, email with us, and payments to us. Each of our apps that handles personal information has its own policy, which says what that app does in detail:

- PlayPatch privacy policy (the hosted service at playpatch.app; a self-hosted copy of PlayPatch shows its own privacy page)
This website
sidequest.nexus sets no cookies, uses no analytics and has no forms. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may record basic technical information (such as IP addresses) to keep it secure.
If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply, and for our records. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your address. Mail to our addresses is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare.
Payments
Payments to us, including PlayPatch plans, go through Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details; we see your name, email, the amount and the last four digits of your card, never the full card number. Tips through Ko-fi are handled by Ko-fi and its payment provider; Ko-fi shares with us what you give it to pass on, such as your name, email and any message. We keep payment records as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Consulting clients
If you work with us, we keep the contact details, messages and documents needed to do the work and to bill for it, and we handle any data you share with us under our agreement with you.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except what the law requires us to keep. Email us and we'll answer within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
