These terms apply to this website, sidequest.nexus, run by Side Quest Nexus LLC ("we", "us"). Each of our apps has its own terms, which apply when you use it:
- Checkpoint terms
- PlayPatch terms (the hosted service at playpatch.app)
- arabayya: the terms of the App Store or Google Play you got it from, and the arabayya privacy policy
Using this website
You're welcome to read and link to this website. Its text, design and logos belong to Side Quest Nexus LLC; please don't copy them in bulk or present them as your own. The PlayPatch safety benchmark files are published as they are, for anyone to check.
Information on this site
We try to keep this website accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and it may change at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it.
Consulting work
If we do consulting work for you, the written agreement between us applies to that work, not these terms.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top.
